Had a great experience dealing with Michael, Phyllis and team from start to finish. Great for communication, always returned calls and managed to get the sale over the line bang on schedule. Would highly recommend!

We sold our old house and bought our new house through Griffin auctioneers. Michael Griffin, and his team, were exceptional throughout the whole process. Michael was very professional and was always available to answer any of our questions. I don’t think we would have had such a positive experience, in purchasing our new home, if we were not dealing with Michael Griffin. I would highly recommend Griffin auctioneers if you’re buying, or selling, a property, Bernard and Tina.

We highly recommend Michael, Phyllis and the team.
We started our search for a home last year and they could not have been more helpful or obliging in assisting us. Their knowledge of the current market and the local area was of great benefit to us in finding our new home. Their communication and professionalism throughout made the whole process so much less stressful. Thanks for all your help lads.

Purchasing our home was a very smooth and efficient process. Michael Griffin and his team exceeded our expectations, kept us in the loop at each step of the process and made our dream come true by helping us to buy our beautiful home. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Tramore area.
